Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected Services provided by us. We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of Travel Suppliers or third parties
  • Injury, loss, damage, delay, or disruption that occurs during services provided by Travel Suppliers
  • Any changes to your itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Personal injury, illness, or death unless caused by our negligence
  • Loss of enjoyment or disappointment
  • Services not booked through us

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by your behavior during your trip.

Complaints

If you encounter any issues during your trip, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g., hotel, airline) and us as soon as possible. This gives us the opportunity to address the problem while you are still traveling.

For any complaints not resolved during your trip, please submit them in writing within 28 days of returning home. Include your booking reference, all relevant information, and any supporting documentation.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Orchard Ribbon Field or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
